Many varieties like Red, White, Sparkling and the Dessert wines are produced in Australia. Below is an exploration about few of them in Australian wine reviews.

Saltram Shiraz No.1: A red wine with butterscotch in toasty aroma, aged in oak is concentrated and stuffed with the licorice, sweet plums and gamey flavor. With a finish in the sweet fruit and ripened oak slick, this wine is ideal choice with bacon, beef, kangaroo and parmesan or pepper crusted cheese.

2004 Clonakilla Shiraz Voigneir: This has not remained a wine but has achieved a cult value. This is a wine with strong structure and texture. It well oozes out to “sweet earth charm” on nose with a mild spicy kick of red fruit and white pepper. The finish is silk-easy on the palate and throat. If added to the list of cellaring it may well go for years. The hot for hot means the right food is pigeon. Quit expensive on pocket costs around $80.

2001 Cape Mentelle- Cabernet Sauvignon: A wine with extreme depth of the intoxicating tastes. The aromatic lure spells the chocolate, baked tomato and black current, while the palate allows it to develop the dark tobacco character with blends of polished leather and wet cedar. Despite of the added spices, this wine has very charming finish with firmness and good balance. Very expensive (costing $90) and cellar properties are adequate up to 10 years.

Riesling 2006: The reputed wine of the excellent grapes varieties of Riesling has aroma of fresh citrus fruit and lemon peels. The background hints at the herbal tang and subsequent forward floral dash on nose. The palate reveals the mild acidity in citrus blends of herbs and spices. Of course it is attuned to the unique Coonawarra characteristics of chalkiness and has looks of pale straw with supple green hues. This wine is a better for cellar till three years from now and a better match with Asian sea food.

Seppelt’s Limited Release Marsanne Roussanne 2003:
This is a wine of light straw yellow looks with fresh fruit aroma blended in with minerals, herbs and oak aging spicy touch. Vicious in texture in intense flavors of stone fruit and flowers with dashes of nutty oak, spices and honey this wine is full of body and character. Cellar choices for short years suited with chicken salad and sea food.

Looking at the most of the Australian wine reviews their will be an admiration to make out on the quality and the consistency the wines are matured and produced. While peeking to side ways the Australia is also a quality producer of the Beers. Some of the premium quality beers are Cascade Premium, Coopers Premium, Crown Lager, Hahn Premium, Hemp Premium, Matilda Bay Premium, etc. The Australian Beers are strong and likely good match for the sea food and alternative meals.
